Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and handle product-related queries
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and enhance customer experience
Maintain accurate records and data entry in our internal systems
About You
Previous experience within the dental industry is essential, particularly in customer service, internal sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach with great attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
