Sales Representative – Dental (Clinical)

Are you a highly motivated individual with a background in medical/pharmaceuticals/dental/life sciences or have a proven track record of sales success?

Location:
We have positions for both Metro and Regional Sales Representatives, both office and remote based locations.


Who we are looking for:

A highly motivated individual who has experience in working towards Key Performance Indicators and is driven to success in everything they do. You will need to:

  • Be highly motivated by the competitive world of sales, you like to win
  • Be able to communicate at all levels and can modify your delivery to suit your audience
  • Respond well to demands on your time be flexible, work on multiple projects without losing focus and generally work at a brisk pace
  • Ideally have dental experience, but if not, life sciences, medical or sales experience are fantastic alternatives
  • Have a proven track record of delivery of results
  • Have the intellectual capability and the ability to learn
  • Be an excellent communicator and be able to duplicate information provided
  • Display resilience and persistence - sales is tough, your role is to inspire our customers to use a product from us so that they can provide the best possible care
  • Demonstrate integrity which is key for anyone that comes to work with us, and we expect all our team to deliver on their promises

  • Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of sales and profitability budget
  • Territory plan completed and implemented
  • Achieve agreed level of customer contacts per month
  • Reports generated on time
  • Conduct regular warehouse stock takes including reporting shortfalls
  • CRM Compliance

  • Preferred experience:

  • Dental experience is ideal, but if not,
  • Life sciences, medical or a minimum of 1-years' sales experience, are a fantastic alternative

    Marketing Communications Specialist/Events Co-ordinator

  • Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce and implement marketing communication across social media, print, web and e-marketing channels in order to increase our brand awareness and the our penetration into the dental market
  • Liaise with third party providers for the production of graphic, video and print content, when the work cannot be done inhouse
  • Design and manage workflows in HubSpot marketing professional
  • Provide detailed analytics on implemented marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement the Sales and Marketing timetable
  • Manage the contact and content databases of our CRM Software
  • Organise and manage attendance at all our external events
  • Ensure all content is compliant with the Australian Dental Industry and New Zealand Dental Association’s code of practices
  • Complete all reporting within scheduled timeframes

  • Preferred experience:

    You may not have all of this but the more you have the more we will like you.

  • A tertiary degree is a minimum. Preferably in Marketing or Journalism
  • Excellent copy writing skills and some graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of print management
  • Technically savvy, you will be using:
    • o Word press knowledge
    • o HubSpot Marketing automation
    • o Data Base Management
    • o Confluence/Project Management
    • o Event Management
    • o Website (SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords)
    • o Current best practice in content distribution
    • o Basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience driving the development and implementation of social media campaigns
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Human Resources Advisor

    Provide Human Resources guidance to a client base of 60 circa, with a strong focus on recruitment, induction planning and payroll processing.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process of all staff in conjunction with the Management Team
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding and induction process for all new starters
  • Maintain and update where needed all human resources policies and procedures
  • Provide human resources guidance around policies and procedures
  • Update the training records for all employees
  • Ensure that probation reviews and performance reviews are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain all human resources records and statistics
  • Assist with salary administration, including payroll processing
  • Reports generated on time

  • Preferred experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in relevant discipline – Human Resources or similar
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in an HR Advisor role
