Flor-Opal Varnish White is a flavoured, xylitol-sweetened 5% sodium fluoride in a resin carrier delivered in a 0.5ml unit-dose syringe-to-syringe mixing system.  Flor-Opal Varnish White’s syringe-to-syringe mixing and delivery system overcomes the main problems inherent to other fluoride varnishes, namely the separation of fluoride from the resin carrier and difficult delivery.

The lack of solubility of sodium fluoride in the resin carrier results in separation of the fluoride. This separation causes inconsistencies in the therapeutic amount of fluoride placed.(1) Flor-Opal Varnish White’s syringe-to-syringe chairside mixing prevents the separation and assures a uniform mixture and consistent fluoride dosage. The delivery system unique to Flor-Opal Varnish  White also provides a quick and easy application in a no mess unit dose.

Flor-Opal Varnish White is provided with a SoftEz tip which is designed to accommodate custom bending at any angle. This feature provides easy application of varnish in difficult-to-reach areas. The SoftEZ tip functions to control and evenly distribute the varnish without clogging.
