Call us and one of the Gunz Dental team will visit your practice and record the serial number of the unit (where necessary, we may take a photograph to help Belmont determine the manufacturing date).  You have the option of sending in a photograph if you are outside of the metropolitan area an dwe are not able to visit the practice.

• Unit must operate to perform basic work functions, as it was designed
• Proof of age must be attainable to qualify for consideration
• Final decision rests with Gunz Dental and may require verification from Belmont

The promotion commences 12am AEST on 12 July 2011 and closes 12am AEST on 30 September 2011. 4. Gunz Dental accepts no responsibility for late entries or entries not received for any reason. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.  5. The winners will be notified 28 days after closure of entries. 6. Winner’s 35% discount on major equipment includes any purchase at full recommended retail price from the Gunz Dental Equipment range to a maximum combined value of $100,000 (excl. GST NZ, incl GST AU).  The purchase must be ordered, delivered and invoiced by 30 June 2012.
